Type YT-1000R Electro-pneumatic valve positioner is used for operation of pneumatic rotary valve actuators by means of electrical controller or control system with an analog output signal of DC 4 to 20 mA or split Ranges.

Principle of electropneumatic positioner

(1) YT1000R positioner is used in important adjustment systems that require high adjustment quality to improve the positioning accuracy and reliability of the adjustment valve.

(2) Electropneumatic positioner is used in occasions where the pressure difference between both ends of the valve is large (△p>1MPa). Increase the output force of the actuator by increasing the air source pressure to overcome the imbalance force generated by the liquid on the valve core and reduce the stroke error.

When there is a deviation between the two, change its output to the actuator The signal causes the actuator to act, establishing a one-to-one correspondence between the valve stem displacement and the controller output signal. Therefore, the YT1000 rotary positioner constitutes a feedback control system that uses the displacement of the valve stem as the measurement signal and the output of the controller as the setting signal. The manipulated variable of the control system is the output signal from the valve positioner to the actuator.
