A brief introduction of smart EP valve positioner

Intelligent electro valve positioners are widely used in the positioning control of pneumatic linear or angular stroke actuators. YT1000R EP Valve Positioner converts the current signal output by the control room into a gas signal that drives the regulating valve. According to the friction force of the valve stem when the regulating valve is working, YT1000R EP Positioner offsets the unbalanced force produced by the fluctuation of the medium pressure, so that the valve opening corresponds to the control room output.

Classification of YT valve positioners: 

The valve positioner is divided into pneumatic valve positioner, electro valve positioner and intelligent valve positioner according to the input signal.

According to the direction of action, it can be divided into one-way valve positioner and two-way valve positioner.

According to the gain sign of the valve positioner output and input signal, it is divided into positive acting valve positioner and reverse acting valve positioner.
